Ester Reactions

It’s virtually impossible to mention or research the word “ester” without it being associated with creatine ethyl in one way or another. So for the sake of clarity and justice we’ll be looking at the uses of creatine ethyl ester and certain reactions one may experience through its usage. Creatine ethyl ester is reported to be the only clinically approved supplement in the industry from all the other muscle building supplements on the market. The market is full of supplements which are supposedly designed to increase muscle building at a rapid pace. There are various companies that post claims of creatine ethyl ester reactions due to the use of certain supplements; none more prevalent than in the bodybuilding industry.

Many of the companies are boasting claims about the use of supplements that aren’t even medically approved; therefore, there’s enough controversy, intrigue and scandal surrounding these companies and their products to last a lifetime. However, the creatine ethyl ester reactions upon bodybuilding have been proven effective by numerous sources, researches and studies worldwide. It has been proven to be critical in the growth of lean muscle, increased muscle strength and higher energy levels. With such positive results it’s not unusual for people to be curious about the use of this substance and how it affects the performance of those who take it.

Basically, the creatine ethyl ester reactions that people encounter from its use is due to it being a chemical substance that’s designed to stabilize the production of energy within our cells.

This naturally raises curiosity about this substance and the way it acts. Basically it is chemical substance that supports the production of energy in the cells. It results in the increased volume of cells creating favorable environment for the muscular growth. With the higher energy level it helps increase the ability to do more training with higher intensity. This results in more workouts, heavier load and fast recovery. Thus it starts a mechanism which ultimately results in improved strength and strong and prominent body muscles.

The dose of this muscle gain supplement is 20 grams a day if the workout routine is 6 days per week. On seventh day 2 or 3 grams may be taken. Its long term dose is 3 to 5 grams per day. An increase in the dose may produce side effects such as stomach upset and diarrhea. It is taken at least 15 to 20 minutes before workouts. It may be taken after workouts but only with carbohydrate or protein drink.

There has been much debate about the purity of this performance enhancer substance. It is believed that all brands of creatine ethyl ester available in the market are not pure. Manufactures claim that it has no side effects. But many market products claiming to be creatine produce stomach cramps, vomiting and bloating. Since it is a derivative of ethyl ester, it may create stress on liver as per the medical research.

It is believed that taking high amount of sugar helps increase the effect of creatine which ultimately results in increased muscle. But greater amount of insulin release may result in the accumulation of fat. Therefore it should be taken only with the small amount of carbohydrate. So far as the comparison between creatine and other bodybuilding supplements is concerned, creatine is said to be the uncrowned king. Prohormones, anabolic steroids and artificial testosterone supplements do more harm than good for human body. Many of these supplements are legally not allowed to be sold in the market. In that case Creatine seems to be more reliable at least.
